Picture sleeve excists in a couple of colour variations (see note) -  the dark blue/green variation was probably the first and the most common. The black/white sleeve is extremely rare.

Note: The early Beatles single picture sleeves in Denmark (and especially in Norway and Sweden) came in a number of colour variations. Not because of some marketing gimmick but because the printing works used the colour that happend to be in the printing machine while printing new editions of the sleeves.
